Job Description

Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, responsible for translating marketing materials for initiatives marketed toward a Spanish speaking consumer, as well as assisting with social media responses in Spanish. This role may assist in coordinating, tracking and processing invoices, vendor orders, and various tasks for media, online video and special events. This position primarily supports the efforts of Raymour & Flanigan's media, special events and other processes for marketing/advertising department.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate integrated sponsorship programs for Hispanic media with our television partners, Univision and Telemundo.
  • Spanish translation for marketing materials, such as store signage, store materials, scripts and other materials as assigned.
  • Review integrated Spanish sponsorship programs and assist with revisions to the program.
  • Assist with Spanish translation for benefits, associate communication platform and other communication channels for associates and customers.
  • Coordinate special events with bilingual partners to increase customer engagement.
  • Assist with Community Outreach initiatives with our store teams with requests and press releases for events.
  • Process invoices and orders supplies for marketing initiatives and follow up with any discrepancies
  • Responsible for compiling information, reporting and analysis for special events and marketing promotions.
  • Produce, update, and track orders and verify charges on invoices
  • Maintain reporting and tracking reports; data entry as needed, update vendor lists
  • Cross departmental and inter-department communications
  • Able to develop and maintain a variety of reports on a weekly/monthly/annual basis
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management

Competencies and Specific Skills Required:

  • Understanding and experience with invoice processing
  • Must be quality-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and affinity to working with numbers
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously
  • Working with cross-functional teams efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work in an open office environment while still maintaining focus
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to plan and deliver on daily/weekly/monthly tasks assigned to the core responsibilities.
