Job Description

Raymour & Flanigan is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Customer Care Lead for our brand new Online Customer Care Team. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated customer service leader to showcase exceptional customer service and leadership skills in a fast paced environment. A successful candidate is a team member who demonstrates professionalism, confidence, and decision making abilities as well as excellent organizational and time management skill. A full-time position on our Ecommerce Customer Care Team also provides a competitive benefits package including Health, Dental/Vision, 401(k), and Tuition Reimbursement.

* Proven customer service skills.
* Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Additional Information:
* Office operates Monday - Saturday 7:30 am - 9:00 pm, Sunday 9 am - 9:00 pm
* Shifts vary
* Full time applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours per week; retail schedule.
